This is an excellent course for anyone wanting to instruct Pilates group classes, one-on-one classes or to incorporated Pilates exercises and techniques into their own or clients’ current workout routine.
The course modules cover: Mat work, large and small ball accessories, band work. The course also covers fundamental modules of anatomy, physiology and biomechanics.
The Condensed Pilates Course is designed to be taken on an online and correspondence basis giving you the flexibility of learning at your own pace and in your own time. The online platform is enriched with colourful images and detailed instruction videos for all exercises.
